Name Change Application

Sometimes carriers need to change their entire company name or just a part of it. As long as there will not be any change in ownership, we can complete the simple name change process for you. However, you will need to file a Transfer of Authority if there will a change in ownership.

Keep in mind that a new BOC-3 will need to be filed along with any name change.

Brokers will have a window of 30 days to file their new bonds and insurance forms with FMCSA. Make sure you communicate this with your agent. Please note that your agent will need a copy of the re-entitlement letter.
